An Introduction to Myself Part I - Math Activity
Place your completed charts in your portfolio. Remember to ask for help!

Do you take time to do the things you enjoy?

Keep a record of how you spend your time for the next week. Follow the links below.

On the chart, make a note of what you have done at the end of every half hour. Once you know how you spend your time, you can plan better. Think of what you can give up in order to have more time for what you really want.

Click on the link below: http://www.d.umn.edu/student/loon/acad/strat/time_use_chart.html . Print the chart and the instructions provided at the site.

At the end of the week, print the chart at http://www.d.umn.edu/student/loon/acad/strat/summary_active.html . There are instructions on how to find the percentage of time you spend on each activity.

When you complete the summary, print the Planning Chart at http://www.d.umn.edu/student/loon/acad/strat/plan_week_sched.html . This chart will help you plan better so that you can do more of what you want with your time.
