As a Libran, you hold the scales. How do we measure weight?

In the United states we use the following basic units to measure our own weight:

ounce (oz)
16 ounces = 1 pound (lb)

For smaller amounts, we also use units that other countries apply to all weights:

gram (g)
kilogram (kg)= 1000 grams
1 kilogram = 0.001 kg (divide 1 by 1,000)

Converting units:

1 Kilograms = 2.20462 Pounds
1 Grams = 0.035274 Ounces
1 Ounces = equals 28.3495 Gram
